Upon arrival in Gansbaai, you'll check in for a boat-based Marine Big 5 tour, operated by certified marine guides and conservationists. The 2–2.5 hour boat trip takes you across Walker Bay, home to Southern Right whales (in season), Cape fur seals, bottlenose dolphins, African penguins, and, with some luck, great white sharks. A marine biologist onboard will interpret sightings and share fascinating ocean insights.
