Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations Made by the Client

We understand that plans can change. Please refer to our cancellation terms below:

  • More than 30 days before the service date: You will receive a full refund, minus a 7% administrative fee to cover non-refundable third-party costs.

  • 15 to 30 days before the service date: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

  • 7 to 14 days before the service date: You will receive a 25% refund of the total booking amount.

  • Less than 7 days before the service date or no-show: Unfortunately, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellations Made by Zithelo Travels

In the unlikely event that Zithelo Travels needs to cancel your service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, force majeure, or minimum group size not met), you will be offered:

  • An alternative date or service, or

  • A full refund

We will notify you as soon as possible and work to minimise disruption to your plans.

3. Booking Confirmation and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only once we receive both a completed booking form and payment (deposit or full amount, depending on your booking window).

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 2 days before the tour or service date.

  • The individual making the booking agrees to these terms on behalf of all participants listed.

  • Failure to pay the balance on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
